Week 10 - List the Ways You Can Cleanse for Spring
- Move to the farm
- New Job
- New environment
- New people
- Different food
- Pack my belongings for the big move and small move
- Donate stuff and throw junk out
- No more soft drinks? Crazy!
- No more Cheetos and bags of gummies. Also crazy!
- Go on a hike
- Exercise regularly - get heart pumping
- Shower more often
- Put away winter gear
- Clean new room from top to bottom

- Clean old room from top to bottom
- Clean fish tank
- Groom cat (brush, clip nails, remove fur knots)
- Drink more water, smoothies, and healthy juices
- Eat healthier
- Open my mind to new adventures
- Be more active
- Hangout with friends more
- Learn something new everyday
