Week 10 - List the Ways You Can Cleanse for Spring

  • Move to the farm
    • New Job
    • New environment
    • New people
    • Different food
  • Pack my belongings for the big move and small move
  • Donate stuff and throw junk out
  • No more soft drinks? Crazy!
  • No more Cheetos and bags of gummies. Also crazy!
  • Go on a hike
  • Exercise regularly - get heart pumping
  • Shower more often
  • Put away winter gear
  • Clean new room from top to bottom Check mark symbol
  • Clean old room from top to bottom
  • Clean fish tank
  • Groom cat (brush, clip nails, remove fur knots)
  • Drink more water, smoothies, and healthy juices
  • Eat healthier
  • Open my mind to new adventures
  • Be more active
  • Hangout with friends more
  • Learn something new everyday
