Conference and Expo

Today I helped out at the Whole Village 33rd Annual Guelph Organic Conference & Expo 2014 booth. It was a busy day but we had lots of fun and got to speak to a lot of people. I went to one workshop titled "The A, Bee, C's of urban beekeeping (intro) - Fran Freeman". I now know a bit about beekeeping but not enough yet to take care of my own hives. The booth got a pretty good amount of visitors and we also have all tomorrow. I'm helping out tomorrow with my mother and another lady from WV so that's going to be fun as well. I'm also hoping to go to "A mindful journey: in a sustainable agriculture whole-body education - Kassandra Prus" which is a workshop on Sunday. I will also be watching a fellow villager's child from Whole Village.
